What is Saesalchim (New Skin Needle)?
Deep within the skin, there is a force pulling the scar area downwards.
Although it appears sunken on the surface, in fact, beneath the dermal layer,
fibrous tethers strongly anchor the scar area downwards.
To allow the skin to return to its original position, these adhered tethers must be separated.
The procedure that severs these adhesive structures is Saesalchim, also known as subcision.
Saesalchim Principle
1. Release of Adhesions
The fibrous adhesive bands deeply embedded within the skin

Types that require Multi-Saesalchim
1) When sufficient change was not felt with previous Saesalchim treatments or other scar improvement methods

This is because treatments that only release adhesions often leave steep scar edges, making it difficult for the skin to naturally fill itself in.
