Utilizing an insulated microneedle helps minimize stress on the skin surface or surrounding tissues,

and it specifically targets only the sebaceous glands.

2. Erbium YAG Laser (Er:YAG)

Compared to CO2 lasers, it allows for more precise control over the depth of the lesion during ablation,

enabling delicate removal of lesions protruding above the skin surface.

Minimizing damage to surrounding tissues shortens recovery time and can reduce the likelihood of scarring.

If necessary, CO2 laser can be used concurrently to manage lesions located at a relatively deeper level.

This differs from typical single-removal procedures.

CO2 laser ablation alone primarily addresses only the surface, raising concerns that the underlying sebaceous gland issue remains, leading to recurrence.

The combined treatment focuses on directly regulating sebaceous glands and refining surface lesions to reduce recurrence.
